Matha Gowder, a freedom fighter and dedicated public servant. The organization has a strong legacy of community engagement. He generously donated land for various initiatives  including schools, libraries, temples, community halls, and water facilities in Burliar, Bandishola, and Yedapalli Panchayat in Coonoor Taluk. This legacy of service continues through his grandson, K.B.
